To protect student privacy, we verify all Educator accounts before giving access to student Portfolios. This involves an email verification and a verification for each high school, community college, or organization you list on your profile.
How to verify your email
Upon signing up, you'll get an email asking you to verify your email address. It's important that you click the "Verify Email" button. Do not reply to the email with "Verify."
If you did not get the email or want it resent, there is a link that appears at the top of your account Dashboard; click on it to have the verification email resent.
How to verify your account
For every school or organization, you add to your profile, you'll need to provide proof that you work there.
- To start the process, click "Students" at the top of your dashboard.
- Upload a picture of an ID, or connect to your Linkedin account, which should have a photo and sufficient information for our team to verify who you are.
- Then upload a profile picture.
Our team will follow up shortly and verify your account. You can always update this information under Trust & Verification.
If you get rejected
If you are rejected, please check your materials and ensure that photos are clear, your email is valid, and your LinkedIn is filled out properly and/or connected to others at your school or organization.
Adding or Changing Schools/Organization
Student privacy is our top priority, so if you are changing schools or organizations, the fastest way to do so is to remove your current account and sign up again. We will then verify your new account so you can Connect with new students.
