Not Receiving Your Confirmation Code

Thanks for signing up for RaiseMe! You should have received an email from hello@raise.me to confirm your work email address.

If you haven’t gotten the confirmation/verification email:

1. Check your spam and junk folders. It’s possible that the confirmation email was marked as spam. If you find the email there, be sure to add hello@raise.me and support@raise.me to your address book so that you’ll receive important emails about your account.
2. Add hello@raise.me and support@raise.me to your address book and ask your IT administrator to add raise.me to your school’s domain whitelist. This will prevent your school’s email systems from blocking emails from RaiseMe. Once you’ve done this, go to your account dashboard at https://www.raise.me/educator/ and click the link to resend your verification email.
3. Finally, contact RaiseMe support. If you still aren’t receiving the confirmation email, please contact us (support@raise.me) and we’ll send you the code directly.
