How do I set up my parent/guardian account?

My student already has a RaiseMe account set up, how can I connect with them?

Great question, during onboarding, connect with your student by adding their first/last name and email. *phone number is optional

Once an invitation to connect is sent, your student must accept before you can access and edit their Portfolio. Please note, you can add students later!

Once your student has accepted your invitation to connect, you can edit their Portfolio by clicking "Enter Student Mode" on the parent dashboard. Learn more about the parent dashboard here!

During onboarding, you will need to invite your student by adding their first/last name and email. *phone number is optional

After completing onboarding and inviting your student, you will then be able to create their account by clicking "create" under my students in your parent dashboard! Learn more about the parent dashboard here!

After hitting "create," you will be taken through the high school student onboarding where you will need to add your student's name, email, DOB, high school, and more.

How can I remove a student from my parent dashboard?

To remove a student, click the gear icon in the right-hand corner of your dashboard and select account settings. Then click "Manage Students" and click remove.
