To view or make changes to your account, click on the gear icon at the very top right of your profile, then select "Account Settings."
Some things, such as your graduation year and your school, can be changed directly on your Portfolio page.
Personal Information
Here you can adjust information such as your name (which should be your legal name), your address, and information such as race and first-generation status.
Some of the information on this page, such as first-generation status, FRL status, and your home state can impact your eligibility for micro-scholarships. Therefore, to avoid surprises, we recommend filling out as much information as possible, and - most importantly - keeping it up to date!
Email & Mobile
Edit how we contact you through email or mobile. You can include your parent or guardian's email here as well.
Password
By typing your current password and your new one, you can reset without having to log out.
Privacy
Connecting to counselors helps them to give you the best advice and recommendations possible because they are able to view your portfolio, scholarship awards, and the colleges you’re following. If you check the box on this page, counselors can automatically connect and see your Portfolio.
If the box is unchecked, counselors can still see that you're on RaiseMe but have to request to connect with you. Read details here about who can access your data when you use RaiseMe.

Determine your notification frequency here! You can select or unselect the areas you'd like to be notified about.

How to delete your student account
If you accidentally signed up with the wrong email, created 2 accounts, or just want to start fresh, you may need to delete your account.
1. Log into the account you'd like to delete.
2. Click on the gear or user icon in the top right corner, and select "Account Settings" and "Edit Profile."
3. Scroll to the very bottom and click the Red "Delete Your Account" link.
