To view or make changes to your account, click on the gear icon at the very top right of your profile, then select "Account."
Here you can adjust basic profile information like your name and birthday.
Your Educator Profile should show all the schools or organizations you represent. You'll need to be verified at each one, so keep that in mind when making changes.
Trust & Verification
RaiseMe protects students by verifying all Educators in our system. Here is where you can upload an ID, link to your school's website that indicates you work there, or link to LinkedIn so our team can validate your account and give you full functionality.
Email & Mobile
Change your email or update your mobile number on this page.
Enter your Current Password and the New Password you want associated with your account login.
Determine the type of content you'd like to receive from us - whether that's via email or mobile! You can opt into messages related to Account Reminders & Mentions, RaiseMe tips + lesson plans and more! To stop receiving certain type of content, simply unselect "Mobile" and "Email" for those sections.
View the colleagues at your school that are also on RaiseMe! This is where you can indicate if any educator no longer works at your high school as well.
How to Delete Your Educator Account
- Log into the account you'd like to delete.
- Click on the user icon in the top right corner, and select "Account Settings" and "Edit Profile."
- Scroll to the very bottom and click the blue "Delete Account" button in red.
